Which is the most important thing in you life

Which is the most important thing in our life: a lot of money, good health, close family or an important job
Nowadays people are worried about their life and almost always, they can't choose their priorities. One part of the people is concerned in business and money, others about a good health like M. Jackson for example, someone needs to support and has a close family and there are people who donate their life to their career.
What about money, moneys rule the world, probably it's true. Everywhere we go we use money, credit cards to pay. In the modern world people are considered to raise their bank account. This kind of people think that money will solve all their problems. But in reality, there're things that you can't buy, like health, love, friendship, talent. You can pay a big amount of money to your doctor, but you won't be healthy, you can pay to speak with someone, but you won't buy their respect, and finally you can buy sex, but that woman will hate you even more...A real pleasure doesn't consist of material things.
A close family is something closer to our happiness. A really close family won't let you go alone in your life road; they will always accompany you, even if the society has left you alone. Only your close family will understand you and will give you a real support in your life.
If you like your job, you'll succeed there. But during your career people forget about others and about so many interesting things that make your life colorful, like children, family, parents, your wife/girlfriend...
A real careerist after a 20-year-work will understand that his life has passed and they have nothing to remember. Probably they are rich but they don´t have people on their side. Our ignorance might be painful for people who surround us.
In my opinion, a good health is a very important thing in our life. I wish I had always an excellent health. If you got a good health, you wouldn't have obstacles in your life. The only thing that can stop us is illness, or death. Other things can be overcome by our desires...If I really want something, maybe not now but i will get it!
So, life as a conclusion I would like to say that the most important things are a close family and a good health! I´m happy because I’ve got the first one, let´s see if the second one will be with me during my life.

His older brother Vitali Klitschko is the current WBC champion. As for now, Vladimir is historically the longest reigning Heavyweight Champion for the IBF, WBO & IBO Heavyweight Titles of both measurements of defenses and time.
Klitschko was born in Semipalatinsk, Kazakh SSR (now Kazakhstan). In 1985 the family moved to Ukraine. Though a major celebrity in his former adopted home of Germany, he moved with his older brother Vitali to Beverly Hills in 2004. Their father, Volodymyr Rodionovych, was a Soviet Air Force Colonel. Their mother is Nadezhda Ulyanovna.
In the summer of 1996, Klitschko finished Pereyaslav-Khmelnitsky Pedagogical Institute (Ukraine) and was accepted in the postgraduate study program of Kiev University. On 18 January 2001 in a conference hall of Kiev University of physical science and sports, Klitschko presented his doctoral dissertation and was awarded a Ph.D. in Sports Science. When Klitschko won the IBF title against Chris Byrd there were four separate heavyweight champions. Since then he has unified the IBF and WBO belts and defeated the WBA champion in recess. Following his victory over Ruslan Chagaev, Klitschko was awarded the vacant Ring Magazine Heavyweight Title. He broke Tommy Burns long held record of eight consecutive title defences by knockout. The brothers have been quoted saying that it is only a matter of time until they unify the WBA title belt which is currently held by David Haye. If they achieve this feat, the Klitschko brothers will become the first brothers in heavyweight boxing history to simultaneously hold all of the belts.
Both Klitschko brothers have been involved in charitable activities dedicated to supporting the needs of children around the world. Both brothers have formed their own charities that contribute to children in need in Africa and South America. They won humanitarian awards for their "Fight For Peace" and "Sport for Good" projects in 2002 and 2007. In 2002, the Klitschko brothers announced that they had agreed to work specifically for UNESCO (the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization), which supports more than 180 projects in 87 countries.

A First Date

It was four years ago. Iwas in Ukraine. At the end of the school year, our school gave a party. There were a lot of students from our school and some guys from another one. While our company was dancing, I saw a quite nice girl. She was looking at me, but when i noticed it, she turned around. So I decided to do a step up and to speak with her. After 15-minutes chatting up, i understood that we have a lot in common. Afterwards, I asked her out.
We decided to meet each other in the city square. I was 5 minutes late, because i forgot my wallet at home. But when I arrived, she wasn't there, she came 5 minutes later. We greeted and went to the cinema. It was quite tritely but it was my first date. While we were walking, I was trying to be funny and to keep the ball rolling. Finally, we came to the cinema. I let her choose the film, so we went to see a love-dramma film. I almost fell asleep but fortunately she didn't see it. She was impressed, so the next hour we were talking about this film. The next stage of my plan was to go to a cafe. There, I enjoyed our conversation, we were laughing and discovering new sides of our characters. As time went by, I understood that this interesting and rich on events day was going down. I paid for the cafe and we went home.
I took her to her house ans she notieced that I didn't want to let her go. She smiled ans kissed me on the check. I was confused but i liked it. In addition, she said that she had enjoyed the time she spent with me. At home I couldn't slepp, I was always thinking about our date. But I was calm, because she enjoyed it. A few days later I called her and we spent a realy good time together, but it's another story.

A house to rent

Would you like to spend your Christmas holidays in a huge cottage, near the Pyrenees mountains?

It's a big, two-storey house, which is located in the north of Spain in Pyrenees mountains. The cottage has a big kitchen, where you will be enjoying the local food, it's delicious. The breathtaking view from the big kitchen window, will impess you. We are just preparing for Maths!!!

Exams are a fair way of testing students. Do you agree

Every year thousands of students take important exams which can decide their future. For example, students have to pass exams with satisfactory grades in order to get a place in a university. However, are exams a fair way of testing of judging a student's ability?

On the one hand, exams seem fair. The questions are the same for all students. Also, the exams are marked according to a strict scheme and usually by more than one examiner. Furtheremore, students do the exams at the same time and under the same conditions.

On the other hand, there are some drawbacks with exams. Despite some students deserving to pass, they might be so nervous on the big day that they make a mess of the exam. Moreover, there may be other reasons, such as illness, which affect a student's performance in an exam. An alternative to exams would be a system of continuous assessment of course work by teachers during the year although this would mean more regular testing and more work for teachers. There would be a greater opportunity for students to copy work, too.

To sum up, exams are not the ideal way of testing students and the idea of assessing students' work over a longer period is becoming more popular. In my opinion, the best system would be a mixture of the two 60% exams and 40% course work.

Avatar (film review)

Avatar is a science fiction epic film written and directed by James Cameron and starring Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Sigourney Weaver…The development of Avatar began in 1994, when Cameron wrote an 80-page script for the film. Filming was supposed to take place after the completion of Cameron’s film Titanic, for a planned release in 1999, but according to Cameron, the technology wasn’t available to portray his vision of the film.
This film is set in the year 2154 on Pandora, a moon in the Alpha Centauri star system. Humans are engaged in mining Pandora’s reserves of a precious mineral, called unobtanium, while the Na’vi, a race of indigenous humanoids, resist the colonists’ expansion, which threatens to exist in the Na’vi and the Pandora ecosystem. The film’s title refers to the genetically engineered Na’vi bodies used by a few of the film’s human characters to interact with the Na’vi. The man who called Jake Sully, a paraplegic former marine, replaces his twin brother, a scientist trained to be an avatar operator, who had been killed. When he understood the intentions of his bosses, he decided to help the Na’vi and to save Pandora from the human invasion.
What about characters? The main hero is Jake Sully (Sam Worthington). His background as a marine helps the Na’vi warriors relate to him. I liked the actors playing. Two-thirds of the film are effects and computer graphics. But Cameron had done the technology which can transport the actor playing on the computer effects. Cameron pioneered a specially-designed camera built into 6-inch boom that allowed the facial expressions of the actors to be captured and digitally recorded for the animators to use later. The visual effects are fascinating. This science fiction story has its own soul. Don’t looking for effects and other stuffs, this film has also a good plot. Despite enjoying the effects you can also enjoy the story. I think it’s a new wave of film-industry. The locations are spectacular. The world of Pandora is so beautiful and imaginative. This world has its own trees, animals, nature. While I was seeing the film, I wanted to be there. You can’t describe this film, you should see it and then you’ll understand me. Of course, a larger part of the film are effects, but this effects will raise your level of imagination. Most of all I remembered one moment, when Sully came back to Na’vi on the specific bird (like a dragon) and Na’vi apologized to him and they won their freedom in the great battle.
All in all I want to say that this story has its own moral. This film showed us that people can only use the reserves and can’t take care of our planet and our nature. Pandora seems to our planet. We should protect our planet. This beauty can’t be destroyed. Undoubtedly I recommended to see this film. You’ll describe some new things. I’m very grateful to James Cameron, because he has done this beautiful film. The phrase of Avatar is “It’s a new world”. He created a new world. We have this world and we shouldn’t lose it we shouldn’t waste our opportunities.

P.S. Cameron said that if the film is successful, he confirmed the possibility of making sequels. I’ll wait for it. But without the second part Avatar is the best film of this year.

Sunday, 18 April 2010

At present lots of people want to be rich. There are a lot of different stuff which are like a drug and we waste money. For example: lottery, casino, different kinds of competitions. I’m sure that people know that the chance to win is very little but they continue wasting money only for having an idea that they can win. Even in my family, each Friday we buy one ticket of «Euromilion». But what if we won? What would we do?

Yes, of course people have a lot of ideas about what they would do with the money. For example, if I won 1 million, firstly I’d save it in the bank, because each year I would be able to take percents and my money would grow up. After that I’d help my family. I’d buy a house near Barcelona and we would live there. Then I’d buy one car for me and one for my parents. Furthermore, I should say «thanks» to God, because he gave me this money. I’d give 20000 euros for charity. When my house would have been built I’d take all my family and will give a surprise, they would travel around the world. Some money I’d save for education. When my parents would arrive I’d make a big party for them and my friends. There would be my family and other people from Ukraine. I think my life would completely change. What about the rest of money? I’d take one part and I’d start my own business or I’ll invest them in «Apple». And obligatory I’d become a member of «Real Madrid». And I think I’d have a very good life.

To sum up I want to add, that the big money, brings you a very big responsibility. You should be careful with money, because you can lose everything. The person who was poor and quickly became rich can lose everything, because this person doesn’t know how to spend it correctly. There are a lot of people that want to cheat you. There is one Russian phrase «Seven times look before and one time cut off»

Letter to a friend

Avenida Catalunya 38
Badalona
21st of February
Hello Vladimir

How are you? Thank you for your letter. I think you’ll solve your problem. Forgive me, I haven’t written for a while, because I had a lot of exams, and I was studying.
This week was too crazy. Almost all week I was studying for exams. I thought that I’ll go crazy. My whole head was covered with exams and education. I didn’t have time to speak with you in
Skype. I know that I should study but sometimes I couldn’t resist. I hope that by the end of this week I’ll have received the marks. And how is your life? How are your exams and your personal life?)))
I have a lot of news for you! On the next summer holidays we’ll come back to Ukraine and at last we’ll see each other. And this summer my brother is going to marry. An invitation was sent to us.
Our family is very proud of him. What else? Oh yes! Soon I’ll be celebrating my birthday! Oh, I can’t wait; I want to see all my birthdays gifts. But on the other hand you won’t celebrate it with me ((
All your birthdays and mine, we were always together. And now, I can only see you in internet. I miss you so much.
This Friday we had free lessons, because one half of our class were on excursion. On English we were talking almost about everything. Oh, yes, did you see Avatar? I recommend it to my teacher. Maybe now she is watching it) It’s great and of course I recommend it to you. You won’t regret it. You were asking me about my free time. I’m sure that 70% of my time is taken away by lessons, studying and doing homework. But the other 30% I try to spend it with friends, family or with my girlfriend. On Fridays and Saturdays I gather with boys from my class and we go to play football.
More or less my life has changed here. Of course I miss you and my motherland Ukraine. But here I have a new life and new experiences and I hope that with time we’ll meet each other here in Barcelona and we’ll spend our time together like before.

See you soon
Vladimir

Chester

Okey! I want to introduce a famous musician. But he doesn't need introducing. He's my favourite singer. His name is Chester Bennington. He's an American musician, singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. Chester is 33 years old, he's normal growth. He's got very short dark hair and black eyes. He's very friendly and extraordinary. He sings in my favourite rock-band "Linkin Park". He's a lead vocalist.

Chester was born in Phoenix, Arizona. He took interest in music at a young age. Later he struggled with cocaine and methamphetamine. Bennington eventually overcame his drug addiction, and would go to denounce drug use in future interviews. He worked at a Burger King restaurant before starting his career as a profesional musician. Chester's voice is very emotional and powerful. He expressed his anger and madness by shrill, and he expressed his lyric songs by soft tone. However his lyric songs, always will affect your feelings. Also, Chester raises money with his friends of the rock-band for the poor children. For example, at their last world tour they raised a lot of money for children of American shelters. One day Chester sold his car in the U.S auction "eBay" for charitable purposes.

I choose this person because he's very strong and talanted. And not looking at his hard childhood, he could implement his dreams. He was able to find strenght to overcome his drug dependence. And he didn't forget about the people who need help like him in his childhood.

My interests

I want to tell you about my free time and how I spend it! One of my interests is football, football events and all details of it. I like it because I like sport. I like to feel a spirit of competition. My brain can't live without the adrenalin of sport. Football it's a kind of sport that needs speed, power and endurance. I like to spend my freetime with my friends playing football. If I like football, ofcourse I have a very big interest in football stars, competitions and other. I read football-magazines and spend my time in internet, in reading about different competitions. On weekends and after school I do all these things. Ofcourse on Satardays and Sundays nights we gather with friends or with my father and watch the League of Champions or Primer League of Spain or England.
My other interests are reading and watching films. First about the reading. I like to read very much, because when I read I live the life of my book-hero. I'm worring about his problems and I'm happy when there is a happy-end. Also it's relaxing to read a realy good book. When I read the book, I'm learning from mistakes of my hero and drawing a lot of conclusions. It's a very good exercise. It trains language, thinking and other parts of brain. What about films. I like it because films, describe me pictures which I was thinking when I read a book. Also, films are like a good book, but this book I don't read, I see it, and it's very fascinating. A lot films can cheer up your mood. And only a few films make you understand the morality of it. I have my own list of films, there are: "Green Mile" "Shawshenk Redemption" "Fight Club" "Pulp Fiction" "Godfather" "A Beautiful Mind" "Prestige" The Lord Of The Rings" "Braveheart" and others. I like a lot kinds of films: action, comedy, drama, science fiction... I like watching films and reading at nights, because it's the best time for thinking, hurmony and enjoyment of it.
I've got a lots of different interests, so I'm never bored. I can't do my choise. At this time I'm thinking that my favourite hobbies are reading and sport, because reading is a very moral thing and I think that I should be more clever.=) And sport is a competition. And I like to prove myself my possibilities.
