A solar strom

The Space Weather Observatory reported that      at 03:59 on Monday  there has been a solar flare classified as M9, which is almost a X- ray, the largest in existence after Y-rays. This is the most powerful storm in  the recent months  and it has also dyed with an amazing  violet the sky our planet. 

The explosion was visible with a few minutes of difference in Australia, New Zeland, China and India.

Meanwhile the scientist are studying  how can this  effect to the earth as the impact could be directly or not.

Maybe you would also like to know how to classify it.

The specialists put in order these flares according to their  brightness.

 Basically there are 3  powerful  categories:

•  X-class flares which are very huge and strong
•  M-class flares which are medium
•  And finally C-class flare which are small and ignorable, at least for the earth atmosphere.

Each category of these flares has 9 subsections ranging from,  C1 to C9, M1 to M9, and X1 to X9.

According to this rank the M9 flare is an average one.

A short story

Today I'm going to share a story I read some time ago (I don't remember in what website). 

The story is short but its very good and I bet you can learn a lot.  I liked it and I hope so do you.

One afternoon a wise arrived in the city of Ajhmed.  People didn't give much importance to his presence and they ignored his teachings. After some time he became  a reason of laughter and derision for the people of the city. 

One day, while he was walking down of the main street of Ajhmed, a group of men and women began to insult him. Instead of pretending that he wasn't listening, the wise man approached them and blessed them.

One man said:

- "Are you also deaf? We shouted horrible things, and you answer us with nice words".

 -"we can only offer what we have  " responded the wise men.

In 20 years' time....

Advantages and disadvantages of being an only child

Some people think that having a brother is a drawback, they like to be an only child. However, some people think that have a brother is the most beautiful thing. There are several points to consider.

On the one hand, having a brother is more beautiful than being an only child. I have got one sister and one brother and I’m proud of them.

My sister’s name is Cristina, she is eleven years old and we are good friends though sometimes we fight. She is good at Science. Although we are very different I’m proud of my sister and I like to help her.

My brother is called Jordi, he is four years old and we play a lot. I love him. Having a brother or a sister is funnier than being an only child. You can play with him or her. You never get bored.

Another point is that If you have a little brother or a little sister, you can learn more, you can help him, you can change their diapers, you can bath him, you can feed him… you can practice being a mother or a father. Also if you have a big brother, he can help you. Furthermore brothers can learn to share. Only children are usually spoiled.

On the other hand having a brother is a bit irritant. Sometimes having a brother or a sister is very unbearable. They take away your things. Also they break or lose your things, they make noise… Besides you fight with them. I don’t like fighting with my brothers and I don’t fight with them, is difficult, but I’m keeping at it. I’m optimistic about my brothers.

In conclusion, there are advantages and disadvantages to being an only child, but in my opinion it is important for everyone to learn to share and help your brothers.

Costa Concordia

We all know that the only headlines these days are about the italian cruiese: costa concordia.

Costa Cruises blames the captain for the accident of the Costa Concordia. The organizer of the trip points to a"significant human error" as the cause of the sinking of the cruise.

Apparently, "the route of the ship was too close to the coast" and "the captain didn't follow  all the standard procedures of  Costa Cruises in emergency management."

Francesco Schettino,  the captain of the cruise has been arrested. Today the chief prosecutor of Grosseto (Francesco Verusio.) questioned for several hours Schettino, who is a  52 year-old men  from Naples (southern Italy).

Is English good enough as a second language ?

It is difficult to decide if english is good enough as a second language . There are a lot of things to keep in mind. Let's see some arguments in favour this statement.

• - If we learn English we'll be able to travel to several countries without any problem.
• - Can you imagine how easy could be your life if you were able to read in English ? Don't you think it would be great to have access to things that no one else can get? 
• We all know that more information means more knowledge , doesn't it?

Despite all this strong and potent arguments there are still people who think that English is not that praiseworthy. Now we'll se these people's arguments.

• - It is more rewarding and practical to learn chinesse as it seems to be the next most important language. In fact, maybe in few years chinesse will be compulsory in schools.

It doesn't matter if you are aginst Enlgish or not the important thing is to have a rich culture.
