A topic that often gets sport fans squabbling is when they are asked to name what they think is the best sport in the world.
There are thousands of sports payed around the world and of course it's difficult to choose just one among all of them. Especially when every sport has its ins and outs. Every sport except one : yoga.
Developed in an ancient India, yoga is not only a spiritual practise that has been evolving for the last who know how many years but its also one of the few disciplines that has no point against. Along the years lots of sports came but sooner or later they had to leave. However yoga is one of the few sports which came to stay.
There are many reasons to practise yoga. It can not only improve your physical conditions but it also enriches and enhance your most beloved thing , the one and only : your spirit.
It's a discipline that though meditation helps you to gain a moral asceticism and the physical exercises help you to develop a higher level of conscience and to integrate physical, mental and spiritual aspects of a person.
It's true that the benefits are noticeable after a prolonged time. But that's because yoga "repairs" your body from its roots, from every cell. So it's worth waiting. And if this isn't enough it also increases life expectancy. The fact that by doing it just once a day it influences in your behaviour and mental health is surely its most attractive benefit.

A TV programme
My favourite TV programme is Merlin. The show is originally telecast in BBC and of course the original language is English. It represents the the legend of a powerful magician : Merlin and a future king: Arthur Pendragon. The show is situated in Camelot one of the most powerful nations of that moment. Like almost every show this one has also got a negative character: Morgana.
She’s the step-sister of Arthur.
I loved the show from its first episode. The show has four sessions so far. The first session focused more on Arthur and Merlin’s relationship; Merlin was new in Camelot, his mother sent him there to work with Gaius an old but clever men. Soon Merlin got a job in the royal castle as Arthur’s servant. Arthur never showed it but for him Merlin was more like a friend than a servant. He always believed in him. As for Merlin he protected Arthur from all the evil around him with his magic. Several times he had to put in danger his own life but he never cared about that. His loyalty toward Arthur was admirable.
The second session concentrated more in Arthur and Guinevere (the future queen )’s relationship. At first Arthur avoided his feelings for Guinevere as she was only a servant but after all he's human. It doesn’t matter how much he wanted to avoid it, finally he couldn’t resist.
The third session focused in Morgana and her betrayal.
Camelot is a place where magic was strictly not allowed. But the own daughter of the king: lady Morgana had magic. At first the lady was scared about what she was. She knew more than anyone else that her father would have killed her if he knew about her quality. Morgana decided to kill her father . She wanted to be the queen in order to protect her life and the lives of all the people who were like her.
She didn’t care about her brother , father or any relative. Morgana tried to kill her brother several times but Merlin always defeated her.
The fourth and current session is about Arthur as a king.
Uther Pendragon, Arthur’s father died so Arthur became the king. At a very young age Arthur proved how caring he can be toward his kingdom.
The show is absolutely amazing. But there’s one thing I don’t like about it; Arthur and Morgana’s relationship. They used to care a lot about each other and then suddenly everything changes? How can Morgana forget her family just like that?. Arthur should talk to his sister and make her understand that she’s wrong. Its his duty to do that but instead of that her let her do whatever she wants. Come on don’t make me laugh!, he is her brother. Morgana helped him a lot of times, now its his turn but all he does is blame Morgana. I know she’s wrong but anyone can make a mistake.
Another thing I don’t like is Guinevere’s clothes. I know she is a servant but she’s always wearing blue cheap dresses. Al least change the colour . I am tired to see the same colour everywhere it's getting boring now.
Oups I forgot to say (“write”) who’s my favourite character. Its Merlin obviously. I am his fan (maybe not). I love the way he handles the situation. And he’s very funny, he’s always stumbling with something that appears from nowhere.
Some people are born to be a king , others are born to make a king. Merlin was one of those.

A letter to my friend
Hey Sara ! What's up? How was your trip to Spain? Did you have fun? What about your exams? Did you do well? I'm sure you did an excelent job like in all your former exams. Unfortunatly mine weren't that good. The exams are worse than a day in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean with the only company of sharks. I scarcely had time while the exams were still on.
By the way this Saturday I'm going to a concert and It'll be nice if you can come with me. Maybe the exams will start again within two weeks and a nice concert will probably ease our brains from all the stress. If you decide to come than there's something you should know: almost all the tickets are sold. Therefore I'll have to run and buy a ticket as soon as possible. In the meanwhile you should try to buy your own ticket.
Ah! I almost forgot; Lise is going to come too thought she doesn't even know the name of the group. Yeah I know, its strange to go to a concert without knowing the group's name.By the way , did I mention that the concert will start at half past ten?
I will not allow you, in plain terms, to say no to my invitation. You must come! Take care. See you and keep writing.

Mobile phones have become an indispensable part of our daily lives.
Mobile phones are used by almost all of the people, every day thousands of phones are activated throughout the world, and they bring everything to satisfy the final customer: internet, camera, gps, etc...
Now to buy a mobile, we have a lot of things to choose from: model, size, color, operating system. Even we don't pay much attention to its main function, the function that really matters: calling.
With flat rates, we all read the news online, check mail, chat, etc… All this with mobile phones.
The phones have had a great growth, previously we only used them for to its main function, now we use them for that and more, helping us a lot in our daily lives. We no longer rely on computers to be on the internet, but of course, computers are better, faster and more comfortable, but mobile phones are not far behind. Engineers work in pretty big companies on how to improve these characterizations and to make them more attractive to the final user. All this to make life more comfortable, but still we should not rely heavily on them; we must also learn to control our use of them, use them for what really matters.
Is it indispensable? No. It is useful, yes, but we can live without them.
Summarizing: the phones are very useful and we make things easier, but we shouldn't depend on its use.

My opinion about FaceBook
The social networking world is getting bigger, actually, each time everything is being computerized and everything is shared online; photos, music, videos, etc.
FaceBook is one of the most popular social networking, along with Twitter, but each has different aspects that stand out. FaceBook, its purpose was to share your pictures with your friends, so that they could comment on your pictures. With the growth of this great FB company, has also grown and evolved, now not only to share and discuss your photos and those of your friends, you can now share videos, play games, organize parties, chat and many things that I have not discovered or that I didn't mentioned yet.
I'm an active user of Facebook, but not only of FB, also of other social networks, because FB only plays a role and it does pretty well. As I mentioned, their role is to share pictures, but not only share and its ok, you can tag your friends in pictures, create albums, organize, etc. Although it has interesting features for me is a bit ... dull.
Now I will compare it with another social network, where I'm very active; it is Plurk. Although It has different functions, I want to mention that Plurk is more entertaining, I mean, you can earn "Karma" and when you get 100 "Karma", you are like a veteran in Plurk, whereas in FB you don't earn anything, you could be considered your friends as points, but I don't see the point in adding people that you didn't know, and consider them like your friends.
I guess on this side, I believe that FB is boring, because there is some competition to reach a level. Also, I must stress that the social networks that I have compared, Plurk and FB, have different functions.
To sum up, FB does what it has to do, a social network to share your memories captured with your camera and comment on such moments, but still missing something that will make it better.

My Ideal Home
The house where I live now, it's not very large, but it's comfortable, welcoming, I have everything that I need and it's my home, but of course it is never enough.
When I have my own home, I would have a normal house, not too big, not very small, normal size, It should have 3 rooms, one for me, one for guests and the last would be my place of work or study, also a living / dining room, a kitchen, a washing room and, of course, the bathroom.
The location, I wish it were in constant contact with society and the city. Close to all necessary places, supermarkets, clinics, shopping centers, public transport, etc. Because, if I need something urgent, or go somewhere, I have all that I want near me.
In addition to a good location in the city, it would also be great if the house was close to my workplace. I would not spend money on public transport or fuel (if I have car).
Furthermore, for me, my ideal home would be a place with everything you need close, but it is clear, if I want to relax and have fun it would be better the mountains or the beach. To live, I'd be much better in the city.

My First Date
My first date was 4 years ago, I was 13 and I was in high school, I was still living in Peru.
I met a girl who lived in the same area as my cousin, we started talking and became friends; from that moment I began to like her.
One day I called her home and she answered, I talked with her for a while and I wanted to ask her out and go to the cinema, spent a few minutes and I told her. She accepted I was really excited; we arranged to meet for the Friday in the afternoon of that week.
When the day came, I was really nervous, I wanted to go, but at the same time I didn’t, because I wanted to tell her my feelings, until I get the mood and I went.
We went to the cinema and we saw a comedy movie, we had fun watching the movie, then we went to eat at a fast food restaurant and we spoke, we walked down the street and we started to fool around until we kissed. After that we didn't say anything and I accompanied her home and I left.
A few days later we were chatting in Messenger and I told my cousin that she was the girl that I liked, he told me that I should tell her something, even he told me words to say her. I told her that and she agreed to be my girlfriend.
We dated almost 1 and a half year, we finished well, and now we are good friends.

My Favourite Series
Hey, what’s up?
Well, I’m here to talk to you about my favourite TV programme, and my favourite TV programme is called “Lost” but Delia has already talked about it, so I will talk about “Heroes”. It’s a series of science fiction, issued in USA. There are four seasons, divided into 6 volumes, 5 volumes have been released and the last volume will soon see the light.
This series is fantastic it, is about people that for an eclipse, they get supernatural powers.
There is also a company that tries to capture them to avoid any problems with society.
The character that is a really nice! (For me) is called “Sylar”, that guy is very strong. He has a very interesting power, this power is an ability to capture the powers of other people, and he has a lot of powers like the teleportation, time travel, regeneration, flight, psychokinesis, etc, etc...
He's the enemy in many seasons, but at the end he's a good man and he's a Hero.
All in all, I’d recommend this series because it’s very interesting, especially the first season, which is the best. Also you have a lot of sensations, like drama, action, suspense, etc. Personally, I think that it is a good series and I hope that the end will be great.

Are curfews a good idea?
Hi!
The curfew always happens in the coups, and is very dangerous because people are heard, and sometimes, are killed.
Personally, I think that a curfew is not a solution for anything, actually the curfew is a bad idea in many ways, because nobody can benefit, in fact, everybody suffers.
Another thing is the evening activities, such as parties, going to the cinema, going out for dinner, etc. And all this in a curfew is impossible, for the police, are always in the streets and nobody can have fun.
Well I say this, because we all suffer, young people, who always want to go out and don't like to stay at home, we could not do it, and not to mention the concern of parents when the children stay late on the streets, concern that something will happen, for that reason, I do not agree with curfews.
In addition, what bothers me is that most of times, curfews, are the fault of politicians who want to take power, that's what bothers me most, because they always want it all, and I don't like that idea. However, it may work for people who do bad things, only to bad people, but unfortunately everyone would be affected.
As far as I’m concerned, I do not agree, but if they do it, they should do so in remote places such as a camp or a reformatory, but not apply it to all people, because there are people who haven’t done anything and are affected.

If I won the lottery...
If I won the lottery, I'd feel very, but very, very happy and excited.
But the truth is that I don’t believe that this will happen to me because I never have gained anything, I believe that I have bad luck, but if this happens to me I'd spend it in many things.
First of all, I’d buy a bigger house for my family.
For me; I’d buy a Personal Computer and a laptop of "ultimate generation". I’d buy all of the necessary things for me and my family like clothes, etc.
Also, I’d buy a ticket to Tokyo (Japan) because it’s my dream travel to Tokyo and know about Japanese people and his culture, technology, anime, manga, etc. What’s more, I’d like to learn Japanese, but I heard that is very difficult, but it doesn't matter. Also I’d buy a car, yes a car like a "Chevrolet Camaro", since I saw him in the film "Transformers", I love it and it’s really very nice.
To sum up, I don’t think that I change my life, because I like my life and my friends, and I don’t want to lose them...but it would be nice win the lottery.
