I'm not sure if is a real story. I tried to find out, but nobody seems to know. So, just keeps thinking is real, 'cause its a really beatiful story that makes us think that there are still people who cares about others.
PS: It seems to be some polemic about the story origins and plagiarism, so just think its true. It would be best
